Christopher C. Lee is an Of Counsel of the Firm's corporate department. His practice encompasses a wide variety of areas such as IP& commercial transactions, corporate financing and governance, M&A and IPO transactions, general corporate and IP related consultations, and so on.
Mr. Lee graduated from Stanford University with the Master of Science degree in Engineering-Economic Systems & Operations and Research, and the Bachelor degree in Economics in 2000. He obtained the J.D. degree from the University of Texas School of Law in 2004. After graduating from law school, Mr. Lee first worked as associate attorney in a Silicon Valley law firm primarily handling IP and business litigation matters. In 2006, Mr. Lee joined an international law firm focusing on IP, Media & Technology practices. From July 2008 to August 2012, Mr. Lee worked as In-House Legal Counsel successively in two worldwide technology companies' Silicon Valley offices, providing all aspects of legal support in IP licensing, commercial agreements, M&A, compliance, and intellectual property rights disputes, etc.
Mr. Lee is admitted to practice in California, before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. Mr. Lee is also a licensed California Real Estate Broker. He is fluent in Mandarin Chinese, both spoken and written.
